ROTOCONE VACUUM DRYER (RCVD)

A RCVD or DCVD (Double cone vacuum dryer) is a very widely used dryer mostly in Pharmaceutical, API industries for gentle drying of products.

This equipment gives gentle tumbling effect drying of products which are sensitive to agitation or need to maintain crystal sizes. The machine also gives 100 % discharge and can be cleaned in place thoroughly. Due to its vacuum drying ability, products can be dried at lower temperatures thus saving them from excessive heat deterioration.

RCVD helps saving in energy, saving in labor, reduce wastages due to spillages and enhance productivity with overall improved quality and safety thereby improving profitability.
