NAUTA TYPE DRYER / CONE MIXER DRYER (CMD)
A CMD is a specialized high intensity mixer mostly used in Dyes and Pharma API industries. With an additional conical shell jacketing or limpetting and vacuum application it serves as a very good mixer cum dryer for uniform drying of wet cake products.
This equipment has 3-dimensional mixing by virtue of the screw rotating around itself and orbiting around the central axis with help of the arm. This cyclonic motion gives very good mixing of the contents in the equipment. Also, the material is shuffled gently as only a limited portion is agitated as a given time.
This equipment is very widely used in drying process of various Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, Pesticides, Insecticides, Dyes and Intermediates, Pharmaceutical and API’s and even Sterile API’s, Food industries.
It can be provided in GMP, Non-GMP constructions.
